I can’t draw worth a lick, but even stick figures show the basic idea of what you’re trying to accomplish for a given scene. I storyboard everything from the most basic project all the way through multiple episode series. Once you understand how artists do it, your instincts will improve and it’ll become easier to do the stick figures or working I think the best resource is to actually find one of those storyboard drawing books and trying to pick up techniques on communicating blocking.
